Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters | How to Verify Your Ticket and Register for an F-ticket Account

After purchasing Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters tickets, you must register for an F-ticket account to view your ticket QR code on the Account Page.

Please review the following steps in advance to ensure smooth entry.

1. Go to the Ticket Page on the Account Page

After purchasing Fighters tickets on Tickets in Japan, please go to Account Page > Ticket Page.

On the Ticket Page, you can find the Seat Number URL.
Please note that this URL becomes available 5 days before the game date.

2. Click the Seat Number URL

Starting 5 days before the game date, the Seat Number URL will be displayed on the Ticket Page.
Click the URL to access the F-ticket site.

3. Register for an F-ticket Account or Log In

3-1. If You Need to Register

If you do not have an F-ticket account, please complete account registration first.

If a pop-up like the one shown above appears, please click the "Account Registration" button on the right.

① Enter the required information on the account registration screen and click the “Confirm” button.

② Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process, including email verification.

※ How to check your verification code

③ Once your email address has been verified, your registration is complete. Please log in using your registered information.

④ After logging in, select the “受け取る (Accept)” button on the left side of the pop-up window to view your ticket.

　※If this screen does not appear, please return to Tickets in Japan > Account > Ticket Page, click the Seat Number URL, and then log in again.

3-2. If You Already Have an Account

If you have already registered for an F-ticket account, please click “Log In.”

After logging in, select the “受け取る (Accept)” button on the left side of the pop-up window.

4. Important Notes

4-1. If You Share the URL with Your Companion

If you purchase two or more tickets and share the URL with your companion, both the ticket purchaser and the companion who receives the shared ticket URL must register for an F-ticket account.

※ If you are entering together with your companion, only one representative needs to complete the registration.

4-2. We Recommend Registering in Advance

The ticket URL becomes available 5 days before the game date.
As the entrance gates may be crowded on the day of the game, we recommend registering for an F-ticket account in advance.
