How to Enjoy the Saitama Seibu Lions' Home Stadium, Belluna Dome
Aug 15,2025 Update
About 30-40 minutes by train from Ikebukuro and Shinjuku. Belluna Dome, the home stadium of the Saitama Seibu Lions located in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, is built in a location rich with nature. Its greatest feature is its unique structure—an outdoor ballpark topped with a dome-shaped roof. It's a one-of-a-kind dome stadium.
Belluna Dome is famous for its gourmet food. The cheering by Lions fans with their flags is also distinctive.
"Shishi Manma" You Must Try at Belluna Dome
The charm of Belluna Dome lies in the over 1,000 varieties of gourmet foods called "Shishi Manma" (Lion's Feast). Here are some highlights.

At 〈L's Craft supported by BREWDOG〉, you can enjoy the fan-favorite 'L's Craft Pizza'. Choose your preferred flavor from options like 'Kuroge WAGYU' topped generously with Japanese wagyu beef, or '5-Cheese' featuring a whole wheel of Camembert cheese. If you're craving meat, head to 〈Miyaki Ranch〉. While they offer rice dishes like roast beef bowls and power plates, we especially recommend their meat skewers. You can enjoy hearty grilled skewers of kalbi (short ribs) and tongue!

For health-conscious visitors, we recommend the 'Green Forest Select Deli Plate' from 〈Green Forest Deli & Cafe〉. Choose three items from multiple side dishes to create your own plate. You can dine in the air-conditioned interior, ensuring comfort regardless of weather conditions. Of course, you can also take it to your seat.

At 〈Sayama Tea House Arai-en Main Store〉, you can enjoy gourmet foods made with Sayama tea produced around Tokorozawa. The 'Rich Matcha Shake (Ultimate)', characterized by its intense tea aroma, harmoniously balances the bitterness of matcha with mellow sweetness. The 'Lions-yaki', shaped like the team's official mascot Leo, is popular among fans. This sweet treat features chewy dough infused with Sayama tea and filled with plenty of sweet red bean paste. The vendors selling bottled Sayama tea wear traditional tea-picking costumes. Be sure to look for them!

Belluna Dome also features gourmet items produced by players. At 〈L's Kitchen CAFÉ & DESSERT〉, you can currently enjoy parfaits produced by three players. The parfait by star pitcher Sumida Tomoichiro is the 'Sumida Tomoichiro's Sunny Spot Parfait', featuring castella cake (a local specialty from his hometown of Nagasaki) and milk shake-flavored ice cream. When you purchase a produced menu item, you receive a card designed by the player.
Limited-time gourmet items also appear in summer. 〈HUB〉 sells the refreshing 'Pink Grapefruit-loaded Cool Apple Squash' with green apple fragrance and plenty of pink grapefruit. There are also many other "COOL" gourmet items perfect for Japan's hot summer and stimulating "HOT" spicy foods.
To Enjoy Lions Cheering, Get Your Flags and Jet Balloons!
The characteristic of Lions cheering is the use of flags. When the Lions' offense begins or when players reach base, fans in the stands wave their flags in unison. When scoring, they wave flags to the team song 'Chihei wo Kakeru Shishi wo Mita' (I Saw a Lion Running Across the Horizon), sharing their joy.

Various events also take place between innings. Raising towels, dancing together, clapping in unison... When you're getting excited with everyone around you, your image might appear on the back screen vision!
It's customary to release jet balloons just before the bottom of the 7th inning and when the Lions win. Jet balloon and pump sets are sold at shops in the stadium, so join in the fun! If you only purchase balloons, pump rentals are also available.

Shopping at the Goods Shop. Get Excited with LIONS Gacha!

Inside Belluna Dome, there's the official goods shop 〈Lions Team Store FLAGS〉, as well as various shops selling merchandise throughout the stadium. They sell towels that can be used for cheering, miscellaneous goods, apparel, and souvenir sweets.

For those who want to feel the Japanese spirit, we recommend collaboration goods with veteran catcher Sumitani Gin-ichiro's family tatami mat shop 〈Sumitani Co., Ltd.〉. The 'Sumitani Player Tatami Goods Igusa Cheering Sheet' is a convenient single-person sheet that's easy to carry. The scent of natural igusa (rush grass) used in tatami mats evokes the atmosphere of traditional Japanese homes. Various other goods are also available, so look for your favorites.

There are also booths in the stadium with capsule toy machines called 'LIONS Gacha'. Insert coins and turn the handle to get small items like pin badges. Various items are available depending on the time. What you'll get is a surprise!
Don't Miss the Charming Characters Leo and Lina!

When you come to Belluna Dome, be sure to pay attention to the Saitama Seibu Lions' official mascots, Leo and Lina. Big brother Leo is skilled at backflips and has excellent athletic abilities. Little sister Lina is a bright and cute character who's good at dancing and serves as the team's idol.
Before games, they perform dances with the official performance team bluelegends at the 'L Stage' right after entering the Main Gate. They also appear frequently in pre-game and between-inning events. During the post-game Field Walk, there are chances to interact directly with Leo and Lina.
